Pricing, in plain terms.
Two formats. Both end at the decision and the hand-off: where the money is stuck, the moves in order, and who runs each one. No retainer, no billing clock.
The Two-Day Teardown
Two days · one flat fee, named on the call
For one sharp question — should we build this, is this number real, where is growth actually stuck. A handful of conversations with your people, one at a time, then the answer. If I don’t show you something you didn’t know that costs more than this does, you don’t pay.
The Forensic
Three weeks · $35,000 – $60,000 USD
For the tangled business that is stuck and doesn’t know where — or when the answer has to be defensible to a board. The whole business, fifteen-plus interviews, a sequenced plan where each phase frees the capacity the next one needs.
What people ask before the first call.
What does an engagement cost?
The Two-Day Teardown is one flat fee, named on the call. The Forensic is three weeks at $35,000–$60,000 USD, depending on the size and tangle of the business.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, on the Teardown: if the work doesn’t show you something you didn’t know that costs more than the fee, you don’t pay.
Is there a retainer or implementation contract afterwards?
No. Both formats end at the decision and the hand-off. Your team runs the build — there is no upsell built into the model.
Start with the question, not the invoice.
One email. Say where growth feels stuck; I’ll say which door fits — or that neither does.
